CURRYS ELECTRICAL are a family run business whose hobby outgrew their home.
Sampling cuisine from all over the globe, each individual recipe has been specifically recreated to be prepared in our ELECTRICAL OVENS.
These ovens are designed to bring out all the flavour by utilising a "slow cooker" procedure, thus ensuring the best possible end result.
Our range of ELECTRICAL OVENS will become available to the public for the first time over the coming months.
This site will be a showcase of the complete range, as well as a one stop shop for all ingredients and recipes, (one of which can be found opposite).

Lemon & Garlic Lamb
Ingredients
8 Lamb chops
4 Cloves garlic
1/2 tsp freshly
chopped rosemary
100ml lemon juice
1 tsp black pepper powder
20ml olive oil
Salt to taste.
Preparation
Place the lamb chops in a
baking tray. In a glass
bowl, mix together garlic,
resemary, lemon juice,
salt, black pepper and
olive oil. Pour this
marinade over the chope
and keep aside for
15-20 mts. |

In a oven pre-heat to
220 degree celsius, grill
the chops for 5 mts on
each side. Do not over cook,
otherwise the chops will
become tough. |
